So...after four weeks in Singapore and eating Asian
delights, I started to miss a bit of the old Western food. Mostly I was craving steak. So knowing that good ole’ fave Bar Bar has a
bit of Western in the mix, we thought we might give that a go. After being given the menu and seeing that
steak diane was the only option on the menu was a bit disappointing. I don’t eat cream, so that was a definite no,
so I thought I’d try the chicken burger instead. Now I must make mention that we were warned
that the Western food at BBBS wasn’t great.
So while James ordered Indian, I went with the burger...what a mistake
that was! Ok, so the chicken was not in
my opinion much chicken. The “pattie”
and yes, I said “pattie” was some sort of minced chicken concoction that was
horrible. Here I was expecting a chicken
breast at least, not what was served to me.
I think I ended up eating two bites and deciding for my own health not
to eat the rest. So there you go folks,
you’ve heard it straight from someone who has tried....never eat Western food
