Kith Cafe – 7 Rodyk Street
Post by Kristyn
My quest for the chai latte still continues and again, a
friend let me know that Kith Cafe down on Robertson Quay sells chai. So on the way past one Sunday, I popped in to
check it out. The cafe was pretty full
(with expats of course), I had a bit of a squiz of their menu whilst waiting
for my ‘earl grey chai tea’?! they looked like they had a pretty nice breakfast
menu with some nice toasties etc. So my
so chai/earl grey tea arrived and.....it wasn’t great. It wasn’t really much of a latte, more of a
tea with not much milk and quite watery.
I also wasn’t sure of what to make of the earl grey in the mix (as to me
earl grey tastes like dishwashing water), so would I go back for another?
Probably not, the only saving grace is that at the moment it’s the closest place
I can find that makes them, so for that I might consider or I’d even much
rather go without.
